Arlo doorbell not notifying Android phone

We have just installed an Arlo Doorbell. The chime works. The notification goes to my wife's phone (IOS). My phone (main account holder) gets NO notification at all.

Is it a BUG???

Rebooted Base Station. Reinstalled App. No difference. PLEASE can someone help.

 

Details are as follows:

MOBILE PHONE: HUAWEI 10 PRO MATE,  Android version 9, arlo app version 2.7.12_25660

HUB HW Version: VMB3010r2,  Firmware: 1.12.2.4_2772

DOORBELL: HW Version: 1.3, Firmware: 1.2.0.0_309_283

Have you gone into the phone settings for the app and verified that all permissions are allowed?

Hi. Seems to work better, though sona  few occassions it does not ring (I would be on wifi or 4G)

I downloaded the new ARLO App.

I now get NO notifications on my phone.

I have given all permissions to the Arlo App.

This is terrible.... Arlo people-> Have you heard of the "Sales of Goods Act" int he UK??
