Arlo audio doorbell and chime issues

I am having issues getting my audio doorbell and chime to work. When I press the door bell nothing happens. The chime doesn’t work when I press the doorbell. I have them fully installed on my app and the light on my chime is a steady orange.
I have disconnected and reconnected them and update the firmware.

I have a few questions for you. Is this occurring on iOS or Android?
Do you happen to have silent mode on for the chime?
Are you receiving phone calls when the doorbell is pressed?
