Push to talk on Macbook for Audio Doorbell

When I am logged into my Arlo account on my Macbook, I see that I can push to talk for my camera feed.  But, I can't find this capability for my Audio Doorbell.  Does this capability exist for the Audio Doorbell?  If not, why not?  They've already got the code for the camera.  It seems like a simple thing to do.
