Arlo Doorbell Failure where battery leaked and destroyed inside Doorbell

Arlo Doorbell Model # AAD1001-100NAS ruined.  We installed the batteries provided in the original packaging when the doorbell was purchased on Dec 19 2018.  One of the batteries leaked inside the device during use and destroyed the inside of the doorbell.  Just barely 3 months use.

Any comments????
