I bought 2 arlo chimes for my 2 story house. Only one will work with doorbell at one time. How can I get both to work?

Hi @GPast1,
Just to make sure, have you added both Arlo Chimes to your device? Make sure that the Arlo Chimes are set up close to the Base Station and then move it to see if it works.

Try to remove the Arlo Chime that is not working and re-add it back on to see if that helps with both Arlo Chimes working.
