Bought the Arlo audio only doorbell ring and Arlo chime2. Doorbell ring is online with Arlo but I can’t connect Chime2.

Make sure the Arlo Chime2 is powered on and within range of the Arlo Audio Doorbell. Try resetting both devices and pairing them again. If the problem persists, contact Arlo customer support for further assistance.
