I can’t change my condos door bell height, it’s about waste high maybe a little bit higher, does the door bell lense move up and down? If so can it be set to a fixed position ( upward for me. Thanks

No but it's not a pinpoint sensor and should basically pick up motion regardless of exact positioning.
