Equipment can't bootup

My device arlo S/N: 4R058479A2658 & MAC:CC40D034489 

Just went off and can't power up at all. I've used the reset button to get it come, no avail.

You didn't mention what equipment you're having an issue with. Base? Camera? All details are needed.
