Very disappointed with my new Essential series with spotlights. They lose connection all the time something the old series don’t do. Cameras is only placed 20-25 meter away. Should I maybe have them replaced by the seller?

Mikael1958,
As a test, try bringing the cameras closer to your router and see if you experience the same behavior. This will help isolate the issue to the location or the cameras themselves.
