I've seen some threads that are now marked closed, but I couldn't find a solution, so I'm opening a new thread with the hope of getting some additional help.

A few years ago I setup my Arlo Pro 2 cameras (4 cameras) on tinyCam Pro installed on a Fire tablet.  It worked fine, but I hadn't looked at it in quite a while. When I opened it up today, I get an error for all cameras: Value Unknown of type java.lang.String cannot be converted to JSONObject

What I've done so far:

-Ensured all apps and firmware are the latest versions

-Checked to make sure all cameras are listed in sequential number in tinyCam

-Created a separate Arlo account, shared access from original account with new account, removed a camera and reinstalled it with new account -same result

-Checked cameras in tinyCam using Manage cameras menu

-When I check the camera status, it shows a Cloud protocol and Yes to Secure connection, but I get 0 fps displayed and received, and 0KB/sec data rate.

    - I still get the error message "Value Unknown of type java.lang.String cannot be converted to JSONObject"

My ultimate goal is to turn these camera feeds into tiles on a Sharptools.io dashboard, but I need to get tinyCam Pro working first.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Not much help that we can offer here, since the app is third party - and not something I can even try, since I use iOS.

I think the next step is to reach out to the app developer (tiny solutions).  An email address is here:
