Is it me or does the app suck? It's COMPLETELY unclear if clicking an icon when editing a mode has any meaning, the iphone app and the online app give no feedback except to imperceptively change color of some text and a check mark. To make matters worse the user guide doesn't even make mention of how to determine that a change is made when editing a mode setting.

 

Maybe unfair to compare but you should have a look at the Nest app/interface, that's how it's done. For good measure why not give us IFTTT support, would it really kill you to do so?

I agree completely. It needs an update already. It is not intuitive to use, especially the scheduler.

The iphone app won't sync with arlo from an iphone 6s.  It's making us crazy.  It works with the 5c.  Any ideas?  The support desk here is non-existant and there's no phone number to call.

There's a number of ways to contact support here.  Look at the top right of this page - see the big word "Support"?  Click the link and look down the page a little for Contact Support.  It's always been there.

Are you receiving an error message on the iphone 6s? Does this happen when trying to install the app or when you launch the app?
