I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.

Nothing seems any different. Home kit still wants a code. And the Arlo secure app doesn’t give me home kit option ?

hi i am fully aware of those instructions and have attempted to follow them multiple times as I say in my previous note - I cannot add base unit to home kit as I dont have a code and I cannot add to homekit from within the arlo secure app as the "homekit" does not appear under "my devices"

Can you try removing and reinstalling the Arlo app. This will also apply the latest update 4.10.5 released yesterday.
