Vmb5000 wants HomeKit code, no matter what. Reset token?

I’m setting up a brand new VMB 5000 smart hub. Everything is working properly and everything set up, but if I attempt to add the hub to HomeKit, it demands the eight digit code, or the QR code, which don’t exist. And, this happens whether I follow the directions for with a code or without a code. I am setting this up for a client, and HomeKit integration is very important to them, in fact the reason they selected Arlo, so this isn’t great.

If token refresh will fix it, can you please do that?

I can attempt a token reset. What is the serial number for the SmartHub?
