Vizio D-Series - Chrome cast Streaming to TV not working

In the past, my Arlo 4 cameras could be easily called up on a TV for viewing using Google but I cannot do that with my current setup. My camera, TV and app are all up to date and nothing is very old. 

My Vizio D-Series Model D24H has Chromecast built in as well as being Hey Google ready.

When I advise Google to stream to the TV, the TV briefly displays the information shown in the link below:
