Hello, I’m unable to connect my VMB5000r6 base station to HomeKit. After upgrade from vmb4000 and pro cameras. Can you please help with a token reset so I can get it connected again? Once I select HomeKit room and enter code it never connects to base Station. Simply stays on “connecting to accessory” indefinitely.

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?
