I've been trying to renew my subscription for about a month now.I spoke with someone in support who couldn't speak English very well.it took 10 minutes to get a promo code cause I couldn't understand her and the only suggestion to my card being declined is try sign in on another device.i sat on hold for 2 hrs with their automated system with absolutely no help.I waiting a week for a response from support to my request just to have them cancel my request.

I apologize for the frustration of reaching out to support to purchase a subscription. That is not at all how we want our customers to feel. Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
