I had to reset my Apple Home but now when I try to re-connect my Arlo with HomeKit, I'm getting stuck on "Discovering your device. Please Wait". I cannot get past this.

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

This did not resolve the issue. Can you please check in your end again?

I reset that token again. Please log out of the account and log back in. Then do the restart of the basestation and follow the steps to set up without a code.

Please reset token on my Smart Hub as well. I'm setting up Apple Home (HomeKit). Thank you.
