I'm unable to connect my Ultra 2 SmartHub to Apple HomeKit and require a Token Reset.

 

Hardware: VMB5000r6 

Firmware: 1.21.1.0_1431_9611cf3

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.

Thank you for resetting the token, but I'm still unable to connect. I restarted the hub multiple times and even reset it and the results are the same. I've been able to connect it in the past so I know it’s possible. Are there any other resets or adjustments you can apply? Or maybe apply another token reset just in case?

I have reset your HomeKit token, you can also try removing and reinstalling the Arlo app as well as reboot your base station again.
