Hi there.  
Tried all the basics and no go, and ran into this potential solution.  

 

Can I get a token reset for my VMB4050?

I'm not finding any VMB4050 registered to your account. Are you sure this is correct?

Quite right, apologies. That should be a token for a 4540 which I think is what’s actually on my account?

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
