Hello I need a token

reset for my VMB5000 (serial number A6L31C7EA015C) so I can connect to apple homekit.

I have the same problem. Can’t connect to Apple Homekit… and need a token reset aswell.

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

My base station (VMB4000r3, Serial Number 4R047876A567A) stopped working with HomeKit. Rebooting a few times didn't seem to help. I'd like to request a token reset. Thanks in advance.
