I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

Will this "token reset" be able to have my base station be recognized, too?
Nothing else seems to be working.

Hi Joanell. If you base station is stuck on trying to connect to your HomeKit then yes, you may need to have an admin reset your token....

It is appearing offline, is the email attached to your username the correct one for your admin account?

@Joanell
Are you a granted access user? If so, you will need to ask the admin to bring the base station back online as it's appearing offline and I can not reset it.

What's a granted access user and how do I reach an admin?
Unhappy, frustrated, with equipment that suddenly is not working. It appears that Arlo only wants me to buy new equipment and pay a monthly fee to use it.

Hi Joanell. I’d suggest that you either start a new topic in this forum or you register a ticket directly with Arlo support. I think the problem here for the admins is that you tagged your issue onto my thread and you haven’t defined what the problem is. If you start a new thread and describe your issue in more detail someone may be able to help you.
