Homey wants to build an offical app for Arlo but it seems like they're not getting any support / answers from your side.

It had some third party support for a cpl of years ago but now when they want to do an offical app you just don't care? 

 

Why? 

Just work together and you'll get a lot more satisfied customers...

What happened to Arlo's forward thinking?

 

Talk to them please and make it happen!

Good to know which cam not to buy going forward. 

Seldom seen so little interest of making a product useful as I have now over the years experienced with Arlo.

Pretty disappointing given the price.

Can't be that much job for your team to fix this, Homey developers also wants to make it work so whats the problem?

Come on team Arlo, your users are asking for better intergrations and Homey seems to be getting some really good traction now they have investment from LG. 

Please can we have an update or is it time to look at moving to Hue?

Arlo, Any update on this? It was more then a year ago that the question was sent to your dev team.
I had a smartthings hub before but upgraded to homey to be able to run more smart devices. I was really surprised when I noticed that Arlo wasn't among the supported devices. I have an active subscription with 8 cameras, 1 doorbell and 2 hubs, so I've invested a lot in Arlo.
It's really annoying that Arlo doesn't care about their users any more, seems like the only focus from Arlo these days is the cooperation with home security company's to sell more and more hardware.
Like others have mentioned, all my Arlo stuff is will go into the trashcan soon and I will make sure to spread the word about the lack of interest from Arlo towards their users.
