Can I please have a token reset for my basestation? I cannot connect to HomeKit, I am stuck with the "Discovering your device" screen.

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.

Thanks! Working again. Is there a reason I keep losing the basestation and have to keep getting you or someone from support to resend a token? Can this not be done from a self help page myself?
