Smartthings says linked but no camaras listed

Im having issues with samsung smartthings. Smartthings says my account is linked but no cameras are listed to pick from. I've disabled the cameras and reconnected several time with no luck. Any advice would be appreciated.

  Please contact the Support Team to further investigate this issue with your cameras not being visible within SmartThings. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link. Arlo Tech Support
