Arlo Pro 2 not working with FireTV 4k when connected to Echo device

Hey all,

I have a frustrating issue that I cannot seem to find a fix for.  Essentially, my set up is 4 Arlo Pro 2 cameras, base station, along with a FireTV 4K connected to my TV which is controlled by my ECHO dot 4th gen. 

When asking "Alexa, show my front door" - if the command is spoken directly into the FireTV remote, it works fine without any issue.  However, if I issue the same command but ask it through the ECHO, the TV will turn on, and it will display "Waiting for Arlo", and then revert back to the Firestick homescreen.  I found this exact issue posted on youtube (with a ring door bell), but here is the link to explain what happens: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X6FkeYFRQJU

 

I have tried removing the cameras, disabling the Arlo Skill, tried using different ECHO devices.. and the same thing keeps happening.  

 

Anyone else with a similar issue or any suggestions?  Thanks!
