I just got a smarthub and cannot connect to HomeKit!
I have tried multiple times, both through the Arlo app settings and through the home app directly.
I’m on iOS 17 if that makes a difference.
I suspect that Arlo need to update the firmware to meet Apple’s standard.
please can someone from Arlo let me know because the only reason I got this was to connect to home

What cameras do you have?
Did you reconnect them to the smarthub instead of your home wifi?
Also, it might be helpful to know which of the two smarthubs you purchased.
