I have a couple of issues.

For me, for several years I have had Arlo Pro 2 and Essential cameras integrated with my smartthings app. I have been able to watch a video when I click on a camera in the smartthings app,but it never shows history in the timelines. I have automations set up to record for motion with all my cameras and nothing has ever been recorded or noted in the smartthings app. That hasn’t worked since 2018.

 

I just did a app update February 24, 2023 and now when I click on my Cameras the only thing I can see is an on off switch, motion detected alarm

type or battery life… there is no place to view a video. See screenshot.. I did, however make a Camera group on the favorites page and when I made that I get a video view, but with no sound. And then sometimes I just get gray boxes with no play buttons available. 

Just frustrating…
