Smart hub and Homekit connection issue

Hi there 

My smart hub (VMB4540) which is paired 2 cameras (Arlo 5s 2k) can not connect to Apple HomeKit.

So I rebooted my smart hub and I followed the instructions but it shows "HomeKit set up fail" I tried but same results. I rebooted my smart hub again but it does not work. I saw the some problems with HomeKit connections on community, someone has token reset to solve this problems. anyone can help to solve this?

Hi @json004 

 

The Pro 5s is not compatible with HomeKit at the moment. We are planning to introduce this feature in the future.
