Am i correct in saying that my partner cannot be given access to my Home Base?

I have just installed a MicroSD card to record locally as I do not want to pay the exorbitant fees for cloud storage but it seems I cannot give my partner access to the Home Base.

They can. Just ask them to log in as you.
