Reset Token for HomeKit - VMB4540?

Hi There, I am trying to connect my VMB4540 Named Base Station 255 J to HomeKit. There doesn't seem to be any codes to scan and it won't connect without one.

 

I have noticed others have needed a token reset, is this the case for me? Thanks

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

Hi Brooke, Thanks for that.

 

I have tried again and after selecting HomeKit from the Device Info section for the base station, it just sits on 'Discovering your device. Please wait.'

 

Do I have to do anything else to the Base Station to make it discoverable?

Try logging out of the account and logging back in and then following the steps within the link I had sent you.

You will need to do a reset of the basestation and re-onboard the cameras. Those are the last steps to get the homekit to properly work.
