Looks as though I need a token reset for one of my base stations to work with apple HomeKit. I was apple to add one successfully but not the second.

Thanks for that, I've sent a token reset request to your SmartHubs that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your Base Station (remove and reapply power) and allow the SmartHubs to come back online. Then make sure that you have the latest version of the Arlo iOS app and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

Hi Coreilly,

I was trying to send a token reset to your Base Station/SmartHub but it looks like they're showing offline on our end. Make sure they're online and let us know so we can send over a token reset to your Base Station/SmartHub.

My apologies I was doing some additional troubleshooting. Looks like I still need the token reset please. Should be online now.
