Problem connecting VMB4000 to HomeKit

Hello Arlo Support Team!

 

I’m having trouble connecting my Arlo Base Station (VMB4000)  to Apple HomeKit. The HomeKit option appears in the Arlo app, but when I attempt to pair the devices, the discovery process does not complete ("Discovering your device. Please wait." stays on screen and does not complete) and the devices do not show up.

 

Here are the details of my setup:
- Model: Arlo Base Station (VMB4000r3)
- Firmware Version: Up-to-date (confirmed via Arlo app)
- iOS App Version: 5.0.2 (8417)

 

I would appreciate any help or suggestions to resolve this issue!  It sounds like token resets have been successful, perhaps that's a place to start?

It seems you need a token reset for your base station. Only support can initiate this for you.

 

i would also like to request a token reset for my two arlo base stations. Thank you!

@jcpiana I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:
