Hello,
My Arlo Pro 2 cameras work on Apple HomeKiton my iPhone when it js particular home WIFI SSID. If I change the iPhone WiFi to different WiFI or Cellular (4G/5G), Homekit doesn't work.
I am using AppleTV ( latest model ) as Home Hub.

Have you checked that the homekit app on the phone can access cellular data?

Yes, Homekit app is enabled for cellular dafa.
HomeKit doesn't also work when I switch to different WiiFI SSID at home.
Does it make a difference if AppleTV is connected wirelessly ?

I don't know.
Does the iPhone Home app say Home is connected when you are on these other networks?
You do need to be using the same iCloud account on the TV and the phone, so that's another thing you could check.
