I need a token reset to add my VMB4540 to Apple Homekit. Homekit keeps searching and eventually timeout. Thanks in advance.

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

How do I connect my Arlo device to Apple HomeKit?

Thanks for resetting the token. Unfortunately, it didn't make any difference.

My VMB4540 is running firmware 1.27.0.0_1931_3495c2. Is this the latest?

I tried both methods below and both failed (see notes inside <>).

Set up an Arlo device with a setup code:

  1. Set up your Arlo device and Arlo SmartHub or Base Station with the Arlo Secure App.
  2. Launch the Apple Home App.
  3. Tap + > Add Accessory.
  4. Scan the Apple home setup code on your Base Station, device, or Quick Start Guide.
  5. Follow the setup flow to name devices and place them in Apple Home rooms.
Your devices are ready to use with Apple Home.  <<<< Connection timed out >>>>

To setup an Arlo device without a setup code:

  1. Launch the Arlo Secure App on your Apple device.
  2. Tap Settings > My Devices.
  3. Select an Arlo SmartHub or Arlo Base Station.
  4. Tap HomeKit.
  5. Select the Arlo SmartHub or Arlo Base Station you want to add to Apple Home. <<<< Nothing shows up here >>>>

Thanks
