I paid to have my subscription renewed and I ended up paying 3 separate times for the renewal, and my subscription is still not updated and I haven't had any reply or call back from anyone at the company at all. Does anybody know how I can reach the team? They won't allow me since I'm not subscribed but they required subscribed and even sent me links to renew but never heard anything back the 3 payments are still pending on my card but acknowledged that I've paid them
