No live view on Alexa show 8 when doorbell is pressed

I can ask Alexa to show Doorbell live view and it does but when I press the doorbell I get no live view.

IssacHunt,

 

The doorbell won't live stream to Alexa on a doorbell press, but you should receive an Alexa announcement when the doorbell is pressed.
