No connection to Smartthings

New to Arlo and Smart Things 

 

Have set up 2 cameras so far which worked fine with SmartThings (ST) system.

 

Everything worked well

 

Then yesterday both disappeared from ST dashboard.

 

Tried to add them back as cameras but Arlo is telling ST there are no devices connected!

Both cameras work fine on the Arlo App and the ST system works fine by itself - just not together.

 

Tried rebooting, deleting and adding them back but nothing appears induce them to connect!

 

This is obviously a pain as they were purchased as 'the' camera to work with ST! 

 

Everything has the latest firmware updated 2 days ago on installation.

 

Any ideas welcome
