My Arlo VMB4000r3 device is not discoverable by HomeKit. Requesting Help

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

Hi @BrookeN 

thanks for the token reset.

I restarted the base station with by pulling out the power chrod and putting back in after 30 seconds.

The app is  still suck the screen is still stuck at “Discovering your device. Please wait” .

 

My Base station is VMB4000r3.

Firmware version : 1.25.1.0_4598_1f1c874

S/N: 4RD38A7KA132B

Try logging out of the account and logging back in, and then do the reset on the basestation again and follow the steps to set up without a code.
