IFTTT and ghost triggers

Hello,

Yesterday I've set up the IFTTT integration, everything seems to work properly.
But today I noticed a behavior I don't understand:

IFTTT was triggered by "Arlo detected motion", even though the Arlo app did not send me any notification, and the library doesn't contain any record of a motion at that time.

Any idea of what could have happened?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
