I have IFTTT set to trigger my cameras when a seperate motion sensor is tripped. This is working. However, the when I try to view the videos in the app I only get audio and the first frame of the video.

Videos triggered by Motion or recorded Manually do not have this problem.

Arlo support has not been able to provide a useful answer.

Exactly same issue here!! I can download the video and watch it on the iphone but not directly on the Arlo app. So annoying... Please, any help?

On the web it works like a charm so it’s an issue of the iOS app...

@JamesC , is there any ETA to fix this? I have the same issue, that IFTTT triggered videos are not displayed in the iOS App. If I filter for IFTTT videos, the videos are shown but not playing. I can also confirm that it works on the web, so it’s an issue of the iOS app...

I have this issue since begin of this year. The issue was fixed in with the update in March but reoccurred the the last weeks (with the latest update of the iOS App). I'm based in Germany and using Arlo Pro 2.
