I cannot find the Apple Homekit Token on VMB4540

I cannot find the Apple Homekit Token on VMB4540. When I try to setup the homekit in the arlo app, it keep asking me to enter the Homekit code and I cannot skip this step. Can anyone tell me what to do?

You need to choose the path that doesn't use a setup code.

If you see "Library" in your app menu, use this guide:
