How to enable Ultra to be dropped into by echo spot?

I have enabled arlo skills on alexa - but alexa says i have to enable drop in calls to my ultra device. Where do I do that??

What command are you using or saying to your Echo Spot to have Alexa say to enable drop in calls to your Arlo Ultra?
