I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

Thanks that worked but now I purchased 2 VMC2032-100NAS cameras since I still had som legacy cameras in my system. The new cameras are connected to my VMB400r3 base and keep losing connection. They reset and connect quickly but have not stayed connected for over 24 hours. One of these cameras is no more than 15 ft from my base and Bothe are in locations where I have never had connectivity issues.

eddiemw,
How often does this happen? Are there any consistencies around the issue (happens at the same time of day, when motion is being detected, etc.)?
