Hello. Looks like my base station or homekit still remeber old token and don’t want to connect to homekit. Could tou please reset it. Thank you.

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

Hello. Thank you for resetting the token.

 

I followed the instructionsby but unfortunately stopped on point "6. Select the Arlo SmartHub or Arlo Base Station you want to add to Apple Home.". I'm getting the "Discovering your device. Please wait" screen and then nothing. Was waiting over 10mins, still the same screen, no updates. No station or cameras in the Home app (homekit).

Please advice. Thanks.

 

Also sorry for not giving the BS firm/hard-ware info at the beginning:

Product type: SmartHub

Firmware: 1.24.1.0_1533_3a032bd

Hardware: VMB4540r4

Make sure you have homekit enabled

Log out of the app and log back in

And then follow the steps for setting up the homekit without a code.
