Homekit reset token

I just recently made the switch to the apple ecosystem and was happy to see that my base station VMB4000 was supported by home kit. I went to add my base station and  I can not get past the discovering devices please wait screen. I have tried it on my phone and iPad. Obviously, the base station is ethernet only so it is hard-wired to my router directly. Both my phone and iPad will not find it on my network.

I have reset your HomeKit token, please reboot your base station and try again.
