Homekit Token Reset

Hoping I can get a token reset.  I've tried numerous power disconnects and reboots.  Stuck on the discovery phase in the HomeKit setup.  Appreciate the support!

I've sent another token reset, try the instructions posted above and test to see if you still experience the same behavior.

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

Hi James.  I'm currently still having trouble with this. I was never able to get HomeKit setup after you pushed the token back months ago.  Do you have any recommendations on what steps to try next?  Should we try the token reset once more?
