Hello!
Can you please send a token reset for the VMB4000 connected to this account?
I have tried working with support and after doing a factory reset, they asked me to reset my Xfinity modem, and now, I only have the power light on, with an occasional blinking of the three lights in green (3 seconds), and then back to only the amber light. I have changed the power cord and the ethernet cord, and have chatted with at least 8 different support folks who try to get me to do everything all over again. I have read on this channel that the token reset has worked for others. I'm desperate as it has been over a month of unsuccessful troubleshooting. My iPhone Arlo Secure just doesn't find the base. (Please ignore the selected "Label" as there isn't one that truly represents this request.)
BTW, if my equipment is too old, let me know with what product I can replace it--though my cameras are also older models (Arlo Pro VMC 4030).
