How is it possible that Homekit can load local streams instantly and be live with zero lag at all, yet the actual Arlo app made for Arlo cameras takes ages to initialise a stream and when it finally does load a stream the video is delayed anywhere from 3 seconds to 10 seconds!?

The amount of money people invest in these cameras, surely work should be done to ensure the tools to view the cameras is on par with the cameras themselves.

Time to get busy Arlo and make things happen, for the better.
