HomeKit will not connect to VMB4000

When trying to pair my VMB4000 base station to Apple HomeKit, I am stuck at "Discovering Your Device" stage when it previously was able to connect to months ago. Have tried restarts and have the latest firmware. I believe I will need a token reset for this to potentially resolve itself.

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
