Hi,
I’m unable to connect my VMB4000r3 base station to HomeKit. It never goes past the “Please wait discovering your device” screen..
Can I initiate a ‘token reset’ myself, or does someone from the support team need to assist me with that?

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
